Note. If your purchase has several products from different suppliers, it will be grouped accordingly into separate orders. These orders will be shipped independently of each other. This is done for quality assurance purposes as we have many suppliers from all over the country.

Q. Is it safe to use my credit card on Fine Only?
A. We are using industry-standard encryption for all sensitive communications between your computer and Fine Only. All personally identifiable information that is necessary to process your transaction is handled in accordance to our privacy policy and temporarily stored only for the lifetime of the transaction on our secure servers in an encrypted form.

Q. Do you ship to a PO Box?
A. It depends on the specified shipping agent of each individual supplier. For your own protection we do not recommend shipping to PO Boxes for more expensive items.

Q. Do you ship outside the US?
A. No. At this time we can ship only within the US.

Q. How do I cancel an order?
A. Please email customers@fineonly.com or call (530) 692 2227. Do not forget to provide your order number. If the product you ordered has already been shipped then you will need to follow the return procedures as described in our Return Policy.

Q. Why is it that when I click the "Purchase" button nothing happens?
A. In order to use our shopping cart your browser has to have "cookies" and JavaScript enabled. Please check your browser settings.
