Fine Only Return Policy

General Terms

  • Fine Only will issue a full refund for most products without any "Restocking Fee" to any customer who initiates a return within 15 days from the date of invoice and returns the product in its original condition.
  • If the return is due to an error on the part of Fine Only or our supplier, we will also refund the return shipping costs.
  • Fine Only will issue only partial refunds or will not accept the return in the following cases:
    • If the inquiry is initiated and the product returned more than 15 days after delivery.
    • If the returned product has obvious signs of use.
    • If the returned product is not in its original condition or is damaged.
    • If the supplier of the product has a "final sale" policy, which is clearly stated on the product page.
    • If the invoice, order number or any other proof of purchase is missing.

Return Procedures

  • Request a return authorization via returns@fineonly.com clearly stating the reason for the return. For a full refund the return authorization request must be received within 15 days from the date of invoice.
  • Once authorized, pack the product securely, enclosing the original invoice and return it to the address specified in the authorization email. For your own protection please use a recorded-delivery service.
  • After receiving and reviewing the product we will issue a refund according to your general terms as described above.
