Fine Only will issue a full refund for most products without any "Restocking Fee" to any customer who initiates a return within 15 days from the date of invoice and returns the product in its original condition.
If the return is due to an error on the part of Fine Only or our supplier, we will also refund the return shipping costs.
Fine Only will issue only partial refunds or will not accept the return in the following cases:
If the inquiry is initiated and the product returned more than 15 days after delivery.
If the returned product has obvious signs of use.
If the returned product is not in its original condition or is damaged.
If the supplier of the product has a "final sale" policy, which is clearly stated on the product page.
If the invoice, order number or any other proof of purchase is missing.
Return Procedures
Request a return authorization via returnsfineonly.com clearly stating the reason for the return. For a full refund the return authorization request must be received within 15 days from the date of invoice.
Once authorized, pack the product securely, enclosing the original invoice and return it to the address specified in the authorization email. For your own protection please use a recorded-delivery service.
After receiving and reviewing the product we will issue a refund according to your general terms as described above.
